The cloak of political correctness and post racial fallacy

Just as the recent Brexit decision decimated our post-racial fallacy the unprecedented number of immigrants from the Commonwealth who arrived in Britain after the Second World War were met with the harsh, hostilte and violent treatment. So what has happened to the supposed to end racial turmoil promised under the RRA and subsequent amendents from 1965.  Has it really been  instrumental in thwarting violence and increasing opportunities for African in the UK?
