Tata is a mental health activist and author of an enlightening and gripping book called My Side of the Story in which she details how some horrific accounts of physical, sexual and emotional abuse that lead to the breakdown of her Mental Health; this despite growing up with wealth and privilege. The book is a moving, powerful, yet harrowing but ultimately inspirational account of how to break free from family dysfunction and a repressive mental health system to build a secure life.
